If your won a trophy and are unable to stay to pick it up
UPS will be on site Sunday to arrange shipping in advance for anyone who may win a trophy and cannot receive it. All trophies will be kept at the UPS Store for 10 days and then recycled. Please call to arrange shipping!

FEBRUARY RATINGS will be used for all players except those whose first rating appears in the April supplement.
(Exceptions may only be may made only for unusual cases by the pairing chief.)
We aplogize for any inconvenience caused by this apparent change in policy. It is customary to honor requests to use newer ratings if higher, but the volume of such requests has made it impractical. In general, there is no predictable advantage or disadvantage to a "higher seed" with the swiss pairing system.
